| For business conferencing in Newcastle there are few better options than Kingston Park Stadium. Home of the Newcastle Falcons Rugby union team, the stadium is well equipped to deal with a range of business meetings and corporate events and is easily accessed via the A1 and offers ample free parking for delegates.

The stadium offers a wide array of flexible spaces in which to host events, whether for a small scale boardroom style meeting, large conference, product launch, seminar, or team building exercise. For small meetings one of our corporate boxes would suit the purpose perfectly and the three larger meetings spaces can be adapted to suit a variety of purposes.

Two Platinum Suites are available, each with a capacity for 180 delegates in a theatre style and up to 200 for a reception. The larger Gold Suite can accommodate up to 300 persons.

The suites are available for full day hire for £500 and £300 for half day. Corporate boxes are available from £50 for a half day and are available for sole or breakout hire.

Day delegate platinum and gold packages are available. The Gold Package costs £30 per person and comprises room hire, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, a finger buffet or light lunch menu, 75cl mineral water per two delegates, audiovisual equipment hire including flipchart, screen, pads, pens and overhead or LCD projector.

The Platinum Package costs £35 per head and has the further benefits of a fresh fruit basket in the main conference room and upgraded buffet or light lunch menu option. A minimum capacity of 50 attendees is required for the day delegate package options.
